I’ve been wanting to experiment with painting on chunks of glass. In this piece I have also combined a newly acquired skill – verre eglomise or water gilding with gold leaf.
The images come from some drawings I made during an online life drawing marathon. This piece is the collision of lots of ideas and I can’t wait to make more works in the same vein.
